Pricing is for a protected workstation running Windows 11, a supported macOS release, or Windows 10 only where an active and appropriate Extended Security Updates programme applies. Servers, databases, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, full-system recovery, and specialist applications require separate assessment and a written quotation.

Why we publish our prices

We know most of our competitors don't. But we believe a small-business owner has the right to know what they'll pay before they pick up the phone, not after. If we see your need is beyond this package, we'll tell you straight.

Billing notes

  • All prices exclude 24% VAT.
  • Billing: monthly or annual prepayment.
  • Monthly plan: cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period, with no partial refund and no further renewal.
  • Annual plan: give written non-renewal notice at least 60 days before the renewal date.
  • Additional workstations are added pro-rata.
